Influencer Portal is a platform that connects brands with influencers for marketing collaborations. We provide tools for campaign management, messaging, contract handling, and delivery tracking. We act as an intermediary and do not guarantee specific outcomes from any collaboration.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and share, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Platform.
Campaigns and collaborations between brands and influencers are subject to separate agreements. We are not a party to those agreements and are not responsible for the performance, payment, or conduct of either party. Disputes between brands and influencers should be resolved directly between the parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influencer Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
